3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use soa101, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must not have been previously and permanently banned from soa101.

Soa101 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.

4. Deposit & Payment Policy

Soa101 supports deposits via Bangladesh's major mobile banking services, including Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposit rules are as follows:

Deposit Limit

• Maximum single deposit: BDT 50,000

Processing Time

Deposits made via mobile banking are usually credited to your account within 5 minutes. In exceptional circumstances, this may take up to 24 hours.

Deposits must come from your own mobile banking account registered in your name — third-party deposits are not accepted. Any deposit from a third-party source will be cancelled and may trigger an investigation.

5. Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals on soa101 are simple and fast. However, certain rules must be followed when making a withdrawal.

Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking number registered on your account. Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

General Bonus Policy

11. Account Cancellation & Suspension

When soa101 May Suspend or Terminate an Account

• For serious violations of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud or money laundering.
• If the account holder is found to be underage.
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before account closure, unless the balance has been forfeited due to fraudulent activity.

12. Policy on Changes to Terms

Soa101 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, at least 7 days' prior notice will be provided.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have taken effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
